HorseDex is made by one person, so there is no ticket system and no queue — just an email address that a person reads. If you would rather not give an email at all, the feedback form is anonymous.
What not to send
Please do not send your journal. Your records are yours, they never reach me, and I do not want a copy in order to help.

HorseDex is on the App Store, for iPhone, iPad and Mac, free. Android is in closed testing on Google Play.
Anything medical
HorseDex records what you write down and shows it back to you. It does not interpret any of it, and neither can I. Questions about your horse belong with your vet.
